The following states our official School Policy.

1. All students in grades Kdg-8th must be in complete uniform everyday. The uniform may be purchased from Martinelli’s or Schoolbelles. All students must wear the polo shirt. BELTS ARE REQUIRED FOR BOYS. (NO SAGGING PANTS).


2. All students must wear the proper gym uniform. Students are expected to wear the gym uniform to school on gym days. If a student does not have the proper gym uniform, then he/she must wear the regular school uniform and regular shoes. All students are expected to be in the proper gym uniform on the first day of gym.


3. SCHOOL SHOES: Students may wear black, brown or navy blue shoes. Students must wear plain, traditional, oxford type shoes. No high tops. NO shoes resembling a gym shoe, NO shoe boots of any kind. NO platforms, stacks, high heel or mules. Please DO NOT buy the wrong type of shoes and expect the school to allow the child to wear them.


4. HAIR STYLES: Traditional collegiate style normal fades only. BOYS: NO signs, lines, or symbols of any kind will be tolerated. NO braids, pony tails, twists, swirls or duck tails. GIRLS: NO colored or sprayed hair. Extensions must be the same color as the hair. VIOLATORS WILL BE SENT HOME UNTIL THE UNACCEPTABLE STYLE HAS BEEN CORRECTED OR GROWN OUT!!


5. All parents are expected to apply for the free/reduced lunch program in August. Students may not bring a lunch from home. (Medical reasons are acceptable). All students will be served lunch from the lunch program.


6. ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT is not permitted on school property at any time (headphones, portable CD players, and cell phones). All items will be confiscated and the parent will have to come to the school and pick up the items after thirty (30) days.


7. BOYS may not wear earrings in school or to any school related activities. GIRLS may wear small matching earrings. Glamour nails are not allowed. Nail polish, lipstick, lip gloss and make-up are not acceptable for school. Necklaces or rings are not part of the uniform and may not be worn. The school CANNOT and WILL NOT be responsible for any items that are lost or stolen.


8. A student will be on the honor roll if he/she has a GPA of 3.0 or higher. A student will NOT be on the honor roll if he/she has a GPA of 3.0 or higher if he/she receives a D or a U in CONDUCT. Students must also receive a passing grade in all special classes to be on the honor roll.
